1. What size should I order? (Sizing Advice)

Our huaraches are handcrafted from 100% genuine natural leather. Because it is a natural material, the leather will stretch and mold to the unique shape of your feet over time.

• If you wear a whole size: Order your normal size (e.g., if you are an 8, order an 8).
• If you wear a half size: We recommend sizing down to the nearest whole size (e.g., if you are a 7.5, order a 7). The shoes will feel snug at first but will stretch to the perfect fit within 1-2 days of wear.

2. Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse in Anaheim, California.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on our website by visiting our Track Your Order page.

4. Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?

Yes! Size and color exchanges are 100% free for U.S. customers. Simply visit our Returns Portal, enter your order details, and print your prepaid USPS shipping label. We will ship your new size to you as soon as the post office scans your return package.
