Refund policy

At Macarena Collection, we take pride in the handcrafted quality of our leather huaraches. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit perfectly or you change your mind, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges Window

You may return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging (including the shoebox). We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather soles. Items returned with visible sole wear or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Easy Returns Portal (U.S. Customers)

We offer a self-service returns portal to make your return or exchange as simple as possible:

Visit our Returns Portal: https://macarenacollection.com/apps/returns (Simply enter your order number and email/ZIP).
Select whether you want to exchange for a different size/color or receive a refund.
The portal will automatically generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label for you to print.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Size & Color Exchanges: Free. We will cover the cost of the return shipping label and ship your new size to you at no additional charge.
Refunds: If you request a refund to your original payment method, a flat return shipping fee of $7.00 USD will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of the return courier label.

International Returns (Outside of the U.S.)

For customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia, please contact our support team at ventas@macarenacollection.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred during the return process.
