Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Anaheim, California.
Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We offer shipping to the United States and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP for UK/EU)
- United Kingdom & European Union: We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. All VAT, import taxes, and custom fees are included in the final checkout price. You will not receive any unexpected customs invoices upon delivery.
- Other International Destinations: For countries outside the U.S., UK, and EU, orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once the package arrives. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
